Hotel accommodations
Timing
Guests are responsible for being ready at the scheduled pickup time.
Additional hours requested during the day are subject to guide availability and will be billed at the applicable hourly rate.
Guest Conduct
Wild Vine reserves the right to terminate a tour without refund if guests become unsafe, abusive, or excessively intoxicated.
Weather
Tours operate rain or shine unless unsafe conditions exist.
